'Nanjing Leying' brand can be traced back to more than 20 years ago, just in the implementation of student nutrition meal plan, Lai always led a delegation to Japan. When he saw the Japanese student nutrition meal factory, he was very impressed by the gap between the domestic group meal kitchens. After returning to China, Lai put forward the concept of 'turnkey' project for the central kitchen, and immediately adjusted the target of the enterprise from selling equipment to 'turnkey' project for the central kitchen. Consider the problem from the customer's point of view, solve the actual difficulties of customers, and provide one-stop service for customers. Although this idea was opposed by many people, they thought that the market environment at that time was not mature, so the risk of adjustment was great. However, Lai always believes that this is the development direction of domestic catering enterprises and the only way for Leying to grow and grow. Facts have proved that in the following years, starting from the central kitchen project of Shanghai Baosteel and Shenzhen Foxconn, we successively undertook hundreds of central kitchen projects in various fields in China, and established the leading position of 'Nanjing Leying' in the field of commercial kitchen.

In 2015, the Chinese Culinary Association awarded the certificate of Nanjing Leying “Central Kitchen (Nanjing) Technology Research and Development Center”. In 2016, Lai has been insisting on the construction of Leying Industrial Park, which covers an area of 50 mu. In the first phase, 20,000 square meters of factory buildings, office buildings, R&D centers and procurement of related advanced equipment will be built. The construction of Nanjing Leying Industrial Park provides a strong support for the further development and industrialization of the central kitchen. It is a solid foundation for Nanjing Leying to maintain the first brand of domestic central kitchen equipment and move towards international brand. It is also another turning point, a new step, a new challenge and a Chinese food equipment distribution center in the Airport Industrial Park since its establishment in the past 20 years. We believe that in the near future, the new industrial park will show new brilliance with remarkable achievements.
