Automatic Rice Cooking Line LHCFZ-150

I. Introduction of Functions

Model 150 automatic rice cooking line is a special equipment for continuous rice production. The equipment imports the latest technology from Japan and adopts scientific cooking technology to automate the mass production of high-quality rice. Leying automatic rice cooking line has the following characteristics

 

(1) Technological science: centralized soaking is adopted, rice alpha is fully gelatinized, and rice is shiny and tastes excellent;

(2) The parameters can be adjusted: rice metering, water distribution, rice washing time, soaking time, flame intensity, cooking speed can be adjusted;

(3) Flexible combination: complete types and specifications, flexible bend, reasonable combination according to space size;

(4) High thermal efficiency: adopt Japanese advanced burner to form a unique linear flame;

(5) Energy saving: adopt three-dimensional braised rice structure, make full use of the residual heat of the cooking room;

(6) Low fault rate: unique drive design of cooking machine;

(7) Convenient disassembly: Flipping loosening machine is skillfully designed and easy to clean;

(8) Environmental protection and hygiene: All stainless steel structure, aluminum alloy cooking pot coated with Teflon coating;

(9) Safety and labor-saving: integration of metering, rice washing, water distribution, soaking, cooking, stewing and loosening;

(10) Beautiful appearance: The whole production line is smooth, reasonable and occupies small area.

 

II. Technological Characteristics

1-1 Intelligent Operating System: From rice input to the whole process of cooking, using automatic control system, easy to operate, low labor intensity, automatic continuous operation, easy to make plenty of delicious rice.

 

1-2 Unique Linear Flame: Linear flame composed of parallel burners produces a large amount of heat flow directly to the bottom of the cooking pot, with uniform heat transfer and high thermal efficiency.

 

1-3 Three-dimensional double-layer structure: the upper layer of rice uses the heat discharged from the lower cooking room to cook, fully saving energy, while reducing the area occupied.

 

1-4 Special Aluminum Alloy Cooking Pot: 7-7.5Kg per pot cook, the thickening part is aligned with the linear flame; the arc angle of the pot accords with the heating principle, the cooking effect is remarkable; the inner surface is coated with special paint, the rice does not stick to the wall of the pot, so it is easy to clean.

 

III. Basic Principles

1. The rice is transported to the metering device through the scroll fan;

2. Quantitative rice (7 kg per pot) flows into rice washer;

3. Using the pump pressure of rice washer, the rice can be washed in water cycle.

4. Filling machine for immersion, metering rice, water distribution;

5. The cooking pots enters the cook room to cook, burns with a burner and cooks the rice.

6. The cooker cooks the rice in the lower layer of the cook room by burning it with a burner and enters the upper layer through a three-dimensional bend.

7. After stewing, the cooker enters the bend and is transferred from the unpowered roller to the turning loosening machine.

8. After removing the cover of the pot, the rice in the pot is turned over by the loosening machine and poured into the loosening bucket. The rice is loosened by the loosening teeth and transmitted by the loosening machine.

9. Packing and serving the rice in the next step;
